Shimano Europe Group is seeking a Finance Manager to join Shimano Iberia. You will lead a four-person finance team, overseeing accounting, reporting, controls, tax, treasury, and process improvement in a fast-paced Iberia environment.

You will partner with the Management Team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions, ensuring IFRS compliance and alignment with Shimano policies. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, RA, ROAC, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership.
• Experience managing the finance operations of a medium-sized commercial or distribution business.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP (SAP S/4HANA) systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all financial operations, including general ledger, month-end close, statutory reporting, tax compliance, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the local Management Team with financial insights.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulators.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
