FTI Consulting in Madrid offers a six-month full-time internship within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. This program gives you a start-to-finish view of live client work and the chance to learn from senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply business, accounting, finance and analytical skills to client situations, support the development of financial models and analyses, draft client presentations and contribute to pitch books and marketing materials.

Formación

• Recent graduate or in final year pursuing Accounting, Economics, or Finance with graduation before June 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the internship duration.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.
• Available to join in October 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Apply business, accounting, finance and analytical skills to client situations and practice disciplines (financial modelling, ratio and comps analysis, review of financial statements).
• Support development of financial models and analyses.
• Draft client presentations as needed and contribute to marketing materials.
• Conduct research on public and private companies across industries.
• Provide analytical services (financial modelling, capital structure analysis) to stakeholders of debtor, creditor, or equity interests.
• Support CF team across multiple projects including financings, restructurings, business reviews, M&A and divestments.
