FTI Consulting, Inc. in Madrid offers a full-time internship (6 months) within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. You will apply accounting, finance and analytical skills to client situations, support financial models, and draft client presentations.

You will grow by working with seasoned professionals on restructurings, M&A, and financings across multiple industries. The role requires a recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, with 40-hour weeks

Formación

• Recent graduate or in final year of study pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week for six months.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply financial modelling and analyses to client situations and practice disciplines.
• Support development of financial models and analyses for client engagements.
• Draft client presentations and assist in pitch books and marketing materials.
• Conduct research on public and private companies across industries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance team on restructurings, financings and business reviews.
