Vidrala, based in Llodio, Spain, seeks a senior finance professional to support decision-making through robust analysis and cross-functional coordination. You will partner with European BU leadership and the Group Finance Director to drive performance and strategic alignment.

The role covers financial analysis, reporting, automation, and regulatory compliance across the European unit, including due diligence and M&A activities as needed. Fluent English and travel availability required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 6–10 years of finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Audit (Big 4) and/or multinational industrial exposure preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting and business partnering background.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with IFRS and consolidation processes.
• M&A, integrations or corporate finance project exposure is a plus.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business units to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial analyses for management committees and boards.
• Drive finance transformation, automation and system improvements.
• Support due diligence, integration work, and regulatory reporting as needed.
