About The Role

Qnity is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our global Finance organization. This role supports our continued growth by strengthening operational excellence across multiple financial disciplines in a fast‑paced and international environment.

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will work closely with global teams across all regions—including Global Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit. You will play a key role in day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and data integrity while contributing to process improvements and cross‑functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support core finance operations in collaboration with global teams in Treasury, Tax, Credit, Accounting, and Audit.
• Execute operational finance processes, including daily cash activities, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation management.
• Maintain accurate financial and master data within finance and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Prepare and validate reports, trackers, and supporting documentation for internal controls, audits, SOX, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, standardization, automation, and enhanced controls.
• Act as a liaison for finance stakeholders across EMEA, LATAM, North America, and other global regions.
• Provide analytical support for financial reviews, business inquiries, and operational programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial governance, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Shared Services, or similar functions (open to strong early‑career profiles).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural, or cross‑functional environment is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel skills preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
