Revolut Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You’ll oversee local accounting and tax operations, reporting to the Group FC and collaborating with the team in Mexico.

This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financials and scalable processes across borders. Bring 5+ years of experience in accounting or auditing, IFRS knowledge, and a hands-on approach to drive automation and improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a related position (4+ if you're a qualified accountant).
• Experience as an external auditor with some financial services industry experience, or as a financial controller or accountant in a large organisation.
• Knowledge of local direct/indirect tax regulations in Mexico.
• A solid understanding of how to apply IFRS standards.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the monthly accounting close process and bookkeeping while collaborating with the Shared Service Centre.
• Overseeing month-on-month movements in the GL.
• Collaborating with our global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings.
• Managing local audits and taxation.
• Supporting the launch of new branches.
• Acting as the point of contact for finance-related matters.
• Leading automation projects.
• Improving processes to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through both automation and control measures.

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Financial Controller who’ll report to the Group FC.You'll be working with the team in Mexico to oversee local accounting and tax operations.

What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a related position (4+ if you're a qualified accountant)
• Experience as an external auditor with some financial services industry experience, or as a financial controller or accountant in a large organisation
• Knowledge of local direct/indirect tax regulations in Mexico
• A solid understanding of how to apply IFRS standards

Nice to have

• Experience in a Big 4 firm or in financial control within financial services or banking
• Experience in a similar role managing entities
• The ability to work with SQL for analysis and reporting
• Experience working with NetSuite

Compensation range

• Krakow: PLN15,300 - PLN17,000 gross monthly*
• Poland: PLN15,300 - PLN17,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
