Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance with solid accounting and financial close skills.
• Experience leading a close process rather than just participating in one.
• Startup or scale-up background; professionalized finance during rapid growth.
• Adept at turning chaotic processes into structured workflows.
• Strong business understanding; can speak as an equal with Operations and Sales.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration is a plus, especially for multi-entity or recurring billing.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, collections, and payments: ensure every payment is invoiced, collected, and reconciled.
• Treasury: track cash today and forecast 3- and 12-month cash positions.
• Accounting, financial close, and administration.
• Asset control: ensure fleet assets are recorded, depreciated, and reconciled.
• Reporting to the group, management, and lenders.
• Maximize NetSuite usage and automate manual processes.
• Redesign processes and build a scalable finance function.
