A leading media company is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Finance in Madrid to lead the financial operations of its Spanish entities. The role encompasses oversight of local accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations while managing the Finance & Administration team. Candidates must possess strong accounting experience, knowledge of both Spanish GAAP and IFRS, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. This pivotal role ensures financial integrity and facilitates decision-making across departments.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Finance and Administration functions in Spain.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and local regulations.
• Prepare and review month-end and quarter-end close processes.
