YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a client project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment and systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

This role requires prior experience in AI training or human-data work. You will evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, review financial statements and month-end close workpapers, and provide actionable feedback to improve

Formación

• 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A with substantial responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero or Dynamics 365.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with tools like BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Paid AI training/data evaluation experience required.
• Strong English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
