Sanoptis, a leading network of eye clinics across Europe, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance – Spain to own financial reporting, forecasting, and treasury for the Spanish entities. You will lead a lean finance team, collaborate with operations, and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires at least 8 years in finance, leadership experience, CPA is a plus, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will work with Claude AI tools and align local processes with group standards while

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in Controlling or FP&A
• Fluency in Spanish and business-level English (C1)
• Experience leading a lean finance team and owning financial reporting

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting for Spain in line with local standards and group principles
• Synthesize results into actionable insights and investigate deviations
• Develop and own bottom-up forecasts aligned with targets and strategy
• Manage treasury, liquidity and relationships with external stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and analysis
