Job summary

Opella in Barcelona seeks a Data Product Lead – Finance Data & AI to transform finance data into actionable insights and AI-driven solutions. You will lead the end-to-end agenda, partnering with Finance leadership to deliver scalable data products and high‑impact use cases that drive measurable value across Commercial, Supply Chain and Cash Management.

Location: Barcelona with a hybrid work policy (2 days remote).

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering data, analytics or AI with business impact.
Solid understanding of finance processes and senior stakeholder engagement.
Deep experience with SAP Finance in complex environments.
Experience with modern data platforms and applying AI to business use cases.
Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders with clear communication.
Strong ownership and execution focus.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the Finance Data & AI roadmap across domains.
Identify and deliver data/AI use cases generating measurable value.
Consolidate and harmonize finance data across SAP systems into a unified model.
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions with governance.
Partner with senior finance stakeholders to align data initiatives with priorities.
Lead cross-functional teams ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Establish data governance, quality, and auditability.
