Job summary

Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in Barcelona is seeking a Controller Junior & Data Analyst to support evolving a data-driven finance function. You will analyze data, build dashboards, automate processes and collaborate across Controlling, Accounting and Procurement to improve decision-making and data quality.

Qualifications

Approximately 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, data analysis or related field.
Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
Ability to design and maintain financial dashboards and monitor KPIs.
Fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan with advanced English.

Responsibilities

Support budget monitoring, financial execution and analytical reporting for research projects.
Design and maintain financial dashboards and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
Work across Controlling, Accounting and Procurement to ensure data consistency across teams.
Promote data-driven culture and contribute to Finance digital transformation.
