Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Madrid is seeking an Analyst Performance management & Controlling for Spain on a permanent contract. You will be a true business partner to operating teams, supporting closing, forecasts, budgeting and P&L analysis (NRI and CAPEX).

You will collaborate with shopping center management, accounting, and group controlling, requiring English fluency and strong IT/reporting tool proficiency. The role offers growth and exposure within a large international group.

Qualifications

• Degree from a business school or equivalent with finance, audit, management control or real estate specialization.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance (including internships).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Proficient with IT tools and reporting (Dynamics, SAP BPC, SAP BusinessObjects, Excel, Power BI or Tableau).
• Curious, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner for portfolio operational management of shopping centers.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting on closing, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional ad hoc analyses and present to top management.
• Drive process improvements and IT tool implementations to simplify daily work.
