Maersk is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic, globally minded finance team in Madrid. You will partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations and finance, delivering insights, forecasting and budgeting support in a data-driven environment.

The role focuses on financial leadership, performance management and continuous improvement, with strong development opportunities within a transforming global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Several years in financial analysis, business partnering or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skillset and challenger mindset.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Financial modelling, forecasting and performance management experience.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency; right to work in Spain.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering or similar roles within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skillset and challenger mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and performance management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments undergoing transformation.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Spain.
