UNDP in Madrid is seeking a Finance Specialist, FIT, to drive process improvements across record-to-report, implement automation, and deliver data-enabled solutions within the FPMR team. The role supports fast-close initiatives and ensures audit-ready outputs while aligning with IPSAS/IFRS standards.
You will collaborate with finance, IT, and analytics peers, develop analytical outputs and dashboards, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Formación
- Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Experience with IPSAS/IFRS and full accrual accounting preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics for financial reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead process analysis and improvements across core finance processes.
- Support fast close and continuous accounting initiatives.
- Implement automation and data-enabled solutions with IT and analytics teams.
- Provide analytical support for finance transformation initiatives.
- Promote cross-functional coordination and knowledge sharing.
