The position emphasizes clear written and verbal communication and independent, remote work. The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to support audits and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.
