Entravision is seeking a proactive Junior Finance Analyst to manage operational expenses and the accounts payable cycle. This entry-level role suits someone with 1–2 years in Finance or Administration who is motivated to learn corporate finance fundamentals.

The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and solid communication in English, with a hybrid setup in Spain. Commuting to the office three days a week is expected while training is provided.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to learn fundamentals.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Record and process operational expenses (OPEX) accurately.
• Assist in accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Manage communications about payments via email.
• Support payment runs through corporate banking system.
• Enter data accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end close, data cleanup, and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audit documentation.
