Santander US invites talented undergraduates to join the 2027 Finance & Accounting Summer Internship Program in New York. You will work with seasoned professionals, contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while developing technical and leadership skills.

The program runs from June 2027 and places interns in a dynamic, international environment across different geographies. A mentor guides you throughout the summer as you build a Santander network and a solid foundation

Qualifications

• Undergrad four-year program with anticipated graduation May/June 2028
• Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics or related field
• GPA 3.5 or above
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Demonstrated leadership through campus involvement or work experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently on projects
• Able to communicate clearly with all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
• Build Excel models and interpret data to inform decisions
• Communicate insights to business leaders and support cross-functional initiatives
• Partner with mentors and teams across geographies for project work
• Support potential placements in Treasury or related areas
