TGW Ibérica in Sant Just Desvern is seeking a passionate Field Service Technician to ensure the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on-site. You will perform maintenance on electromechanical equipment and solve technical issues, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics and has experience in industrial environments. Willingness to travel extensively across Spain and Europe is essential. A competitive salary and dynamic work environment are offered.

Formación

• Experience in industrial or automated environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 70–80% across Spain and Europe.
• Good level of English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and solve technical issues directly on-site.
• Train customers and key users on system operation.
• Support installations and take responsibility as team leader.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
• Provide on-call and emergency support services.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on‑site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission: To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support.

What you’ll be handling:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Diagnose and solve technical issues directly on‑site
• Train customers and key users on system operation
• Support installations and, where required, take responsibility as team leader
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports
• Provide on‑call and emergency support services
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards

What you’ll need:

• Degree or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Experience in industrial or automated environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 70–80% across Spain and Europe
• Good level of English (French is a plus)
