Kardex Remstar is seeking a field-based technical support specialist in the Madrid area to service customers and lead on-site teams. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with remote diagnostics, and provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience in field service or on-site technical support for industrial equipment.
• Ability to train customers on operator, health and safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and customer relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Kardex products and services to customers.
• Lead customer-site teams and liaise between Kardex Remstar and customers.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and remote diagnostics.
• Deliver customer training, including operator, health and safety, and maintenance training.
• Generate leads and manage spare-parts inventory.
• Record customer feedback in a structured and professional manner.
• On-call customer service and adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support for Kardex products, applications, and service solutions to customers
• Lead customer-site teams and act as liaison between Kardex Remstar and customers
• Ensure the wellbeing of Kardex employees, subcontractors, and third parties involved in Kardex business
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with local law and core values
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of Kardex systems and solutions
• Complete jobs according to set quality standards and timelines
• Deliver customer training, including operator, health and safety, and maintenance training
• Generate leads
• Perform administrative management tasks, including reporting and spare-parts inventory management
• Provide remote diagnostics by phone or remote connection
• Provide on-call customer service
• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLCs and basic software issues
• Promote and advise on Kardex Remstar products and services
• Adhere to local health and safety regulations
• Represent the company positively with internal and external stakeholders
• Record customer feedback in a structured and professional manner
• Act as a trusted advisor and support the growth of Kardex Remstar
