Hach seeks a Field Service Engineer to manage scheduled maintenance, repairs and commissioning, with the role based in Madrid or surrounding area. You will travel to customer sites, interact with clients, perform work orders, generate leads and ensure top service quality.

Ideal candidates will travel up to 7 days a month, have electronics knowledge, speak English, and bring strong communication and teamwork. The company offers onboarding, training, a supportive environment and a company car.

Responsabilidades

• Review today and upcoming work orders in the calendar.
• Coordinate parts/materials needed for field tasks.
• Travel to customer sites and perform service work and reporting.
• Interact with customers, listen actively, complete jobs, and provide feedback.
• Close work orders and prepare for the next day.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing the scheduled maintenances, repairs and commissioning, also for generating Leads to grow the business and for giving the best service experience to our customers and will be located in Madrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Look at your calendar for today´s and next day´s work orders.

• Manage the material needed

• Drive to customer site.

• Talk with the customer, be an active listener, perform the job and give a feedback to the customer.

• Do the report, close the WO, relax and be ready for the next day!!

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Willingness to travel up to 7 days per month in average

• Be able to have a communication in English.

• Electronics knowledge.

• Commercial skills.

El Ingeniero de Servicio es responsable de gestionar y realizar los mantenimientos programados, reparaciones y puestas en marcha, así como la generación de Leads para crecer el negocio y brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia de Servicio. Estará localizado en Madrid o Zona Centro.

En esta posición, un día normal de trabajo sería:

• Mirar el calendario para revisar las Ordenes de trabajo de hoy y de las próximas semanas.

• Pedir material o cogerlo del almacen.

• Conducir hasta las instalaciones del cliente.

• Hablar con el cliente, tener escucha activa, realizar el trabajo y dar un feedback al cliente de los trabajos realizados.

• Hacer el informe, cerrar la orden de trabajo, relajarse y estar preparado para el siguiente día de trabajo!!

Esenciales para este empleo:

• Disponibilidad para viajar y pernoctar en 7 dias al mes.

• Nivel de ingles para mantener comunicaciones via telefónica, emails,etc.

• Conocimiento de electronica
