Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support RTK and on-site calibration activities across Spain.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful campaigns. The candidate should have relevant technical education (FP2 or higher) and 2+ years in service of test & measurement products, with strong calibration knowledge and excellent planning and communication skills.

Formación

• Formal technical education in electronics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in service or field support for test & measurement products (RF, MW, low frequency).
• Strong calibration knowledge for electronic measurement equipment.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field services and projects requiring coordination with colleagues, sales, PMs, and customers.
• Perform RTK and on-site calibration for a wide range of measurement products.
• Plan and execute VOSCAL campaigns across Spain.
• Possibly support knowledge of third-party products during campaigns.
• Ensure ETE maintenance and manage delivery vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with customers and control equipment flow during campaigns.

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer mainly responsible for RTK -Return to Keysight - and VOSCAL - Volume Onsite Service Calibration activities in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Management of field services and support projects that require coordination with colleagues, sales team, project managers, and customers
• RTK and -on-site calibration service for a wide range of measurement products
• Planning and implementation of VOSCAL campaigns in Spain
• Possible knowledge of third-party products
• Responsible for ETE maintenance, including delivery vehicle
• Responsible for communication with customers
• Responsible for organizing and controlling the flow of equipment during the campaign

Qualifications

• FP2, Bachelor's or master's degree prefered, or equivalent experience/studies.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in the service sector and with test & measurement products, including RF, MW and low frequency.
• Technical skills: Low frequency range up to mmWave (70 GHz)
• Very good and in-depth knowledge of the calibration of electronic measurement products
• Customer focus: Flexible, sociable, and very customer-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Excellent planning skills
• Passionate team player
