Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Interest in project management and automation systems.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in full lifecycle of on-site implementation and project delivery for AMR-based warehouse automation projects across Europe.
• Support Project Manager in coordinating customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal functions such as R&D, Product, and Software to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project schedules and coordinate and monitor on-site installation, equipment commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Support the management of on-site work quality, safety, and operational compliance. Identify field issues and project risks and drive them toward resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation records, acceptance documents, risk lists, and lessons learned.
• Support the coordination and management of on-site resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partners.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project delivery processes to improve implementation quality and delivery efficiency.
• Travel frequently across Europe according to project requirements.
