Concentrix Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant who speaks German to work remotely from Spain. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, log interactions, and resolve issues in line with SLAs.

You should be bilingual German and English, have IT know-how (Windows, MS Office), and a customer-service mindset. The role offers a full-time 39-hour week, a fixed-term contract, paid training, and opportunities for career development.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
