JC Brand Esp Market SL, Madrid, is seeking a design-oriented professional to develop prints for menswear and coordinate with the design team on collections. The role is based in our Madrid hub and combines creative development with production-ready artwork.

You bring a degree in fashion/textile/graphic design, strong fashion sense, and fluent Spanish with good English. Knowledge of AI image tools is a plus; German is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design or comparable discipline.
• Strong fashion sensitivity and visual creativity with understanding of contemporary menswear.
• Fluent Spanish and very good English; German is a plus; portfolio showing print work.

Responsabilités

• Develop placement prints, all-over prints, and repeat patterns for seasonal menswear collections.
• Develop stripes and checks for shirting, prints for swimwear and soft accessories.
• Translate seasonal concepts and creative direction into graphic proposals.
• Prepare precise artwork and print-ready files for production.
• Collaborate with Designers and Head of Design; assist with presentation layouts and graphics.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Prints & patterns: You develop placement prints, all-over prints, and repeat patterns for seasonal menswear collections.
• Woven & accessory designs: You develop stripes and checks—particularly for shirting as well as prints for swimwear and soft accessories.
• Creative concept translation: You translate seasonal concepts, trends, and creative direction into relevant and commercially appealing graphic proposals.
• Production artwork preparation: You prepare precise artwork and print files suitable for product development and production.
• Design team support: You work closely with Designers and the Head of Design throughout collection development, occasionally supporting with presentation layouts and graphics for internal presentations.

What We Are Looking For

• Your Educational Background: You have completed a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a comparable discipline.
• Your strengths: You possess strong fashion sensitivity, high visual creativity, and a deep understanding of contemporary menswear. You work collaboratively within a team while managing projects independently with a commercial mindset.
• Your profile: You bring solid experience in fashion graphic design and textile print development (preferably in menswear), with expertise in rapport/repeat design, print placement, scale, color, composition, and stripes/checks. You master Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (AI image generation tools are a plus), present a portfolio demonstrating Your print work, and speak fluent Spanish and very good English (German is a plus).
