Pilatus Iberica in Sevilla is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of facility infrastructure, manage work orders, ensure safety and compliance, and support the annual maintenance plan to keep buildings, utilities, and equipment running smoothly.

You will coordinate with external vendors, monitor energy usage, drive efficiency improvements, plan space and relocations, and contribute to budgeting and cost control while aligning with Pilatus standards and

Qualificações

• Superior FP in Industrial Maintenance with facility management knowledge.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in described areas; aerospace sector is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Office and Maintenance Management software.
• Good command of English (minimum B1), written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Facility Manager in daily operations of facility infrastructure and maintenance requests.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and service contracts; track KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for repairs and upgrades while safeguarding production plans.
• Assist in space planning, budgeting, and cost control for facility-related expenses.
• Contribute to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance and emergency planning.

• Supporting the Facility Manager in the daily operations of facility infrastructure (buildings, utilities, equipment), managing work orders, maintenance requests and repairs as per request.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations, monitoring energy usage and implementing efficiency improvements, as well as leading emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Manage maintenance schedules and maintenance service contracts, supporting definition of annual maintenance plan for the entire facility; tracking maintenance KPIs
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for repairs and upgrades safekeeping the production plan.
• Support space planning and office relocations, assisting in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenses.
• Collaborate with headquarters on facility standards, project execution and improvement initiatives

With this you convince us

• Superior FP in Industrial Maintenance (electro-mechanical) with specific facility management knowledge in the following related fields: HVAC, compressed air, paint booths, electrical installations, fire protection systems, water and utility networks
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the described areas, aerospace sector experience as a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Office and Maintenance Management software;
• Medium level in English (minimum B1), written and spoken
• Efficiency at work, autonomy, and high productivity. Skills to manage and prioritize tasks
• Proactive, resourceful, continuous improvement mindset and teamwork
