Job summary

Hilton is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Mango House Seychelles, LXR Hotels & Resorts. You will lead daily banquet operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for every guest within our F&B outlets.

You will supervise events, ensure flawless setups, coordinate with teams, manage performance, and uphold health and safety standards to maintain Hilton’s renowned service quality.

Qualifications

• Delight our guests with upbeat, friendly service and look for ways to make their experience special.
• Supervise execution of events within F&B outlets, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and galas.
• Oversee setup of function rooms; ensure linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet standards.
• Coordinate with Food and Beverage teams to communicate event specifications and updates.
• Oversee event breakdown and secure proper storage of equipment for next events.
• Manage F&B team performance, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing.
