EY-Parthenon in Madrid offers a Rotation Program for final-year students to gain exposure to diverse areas of Strategy and Transactions while working on real projects with high-performing teams. From day one, you will collaborate with consultants, managers and partners on strategic and transactional initiatives.

Our EY-Parthenon Rotation Program in Madrid offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of Strategy & Transactions while working on real projects with high-performing teams.

Our graduate program with EY-Parthenon focuses on advising clients on buying, selling, or merging companies to enhance growth and profitability. The team provides essential data, highlights risks, and guides clients through complex capital transactions.

These are the different areas you will be able to be a part of:

• M&A: Helps enable strategic growth through better integrated and operationalized mergers and acquisitions.
• Transaction Diligence: Helps clients in buying or selling businesses by analyzing financial, commercial, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers. They conduct financial due diligence, assess strategic aspects, and provide reports to help clients improve their negotiating position.
• Valuations, Modelling, and Economics: Analyzing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge.
• Restructuring: Supporting underperforming clients in achieving strategic turnarounds and adapting to changing economic conditions.
• Transaction Real Estate: Helps clients manage all aspects of real estate transactions, providing strategic advice and support throughout the entire real estate investment lifecycle, from strategy development and deal structuring to due diligence, financing, and post-transaction integration.
• Strategy and Execution: Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by understanding clients’ strategic goals and applying creative thinking to help achieve successful outcomes.
• ESG: Helps organizations address sustainability issues, investor concerns, support ESG reporting and disclosures, and improve ESG performance.
• Infrastructure Advisory, Modelling & Project Finance: Helps develop and review financial models for energy and infrastructure projects by assessing assumptions, risks, and outcomes to ensure the technical and financial consistency of the models. The main objective is to provide assurance to clients and investors throughout every stage of the project, from structuring to financial close.

• Qualifications: We welcome last year’s students who are enrolled in degrees such as mathematics, physics, business & analytics, engineering. To ensure all candidates can fully participate in our program and workplace, we require evidence of proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
