Job summary

Revolut is seeking an External Enquiry Analyst in Spain to detect and investigate risks affecting customers and funds. You will collaborate with the Compliance team to safeguard assets and prevent financial crime, handling external requests and court-related processes.

The role requires 2+ years in FinCrime (or 1+ with law enforcement exposure), strong investigative skills, and fluency in German and English to liaise with stakeholders and authorities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1+) required.
• 2+ years FinCrime experience or 1+ year with external law enforcement exposure.
• Familiarity with investigative methodologies and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of court orders, DPAs, POs, and witness statements.
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement and the Legal team as needed.
• Respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs, complying with relevant legislation.
• Ensure requests are completed within set timeframes.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests.
• Conduct fraud-related investigations based on reports.
• Generate reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with stakeholders across departments.
