Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A manager to join as a remote, part-time contributor. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for board approvals, target screening, synergy analysis, and integration planning.

This role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A, demonstrate expert PowerPoint craftsmanship, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced in-house M&A managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for M&A managers with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

Compensation

$100/hour
