Ethos is seeking a corporate development director to help train AI-generated presentations and slide decks for live transactions. The role focuses on 4+ years in in-house M&A or corporate development, crafting board materials and presentations with exceptional PowerPoint skills and precise writing.

The position is fully remote, with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screenings, synergy analyses, deal memos, integration plans, pipeline reviews).
• Support AI model training by producing presentation materials and ensuring high-quality visuals and messaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align decks with strategic objectives and transaction timelines.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced corporate development directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for corp dev directors with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.

Compensation:

$100/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
