Ethos is seeking experienced group creative directors to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows for clients and executives.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week at a rate of $80 per hour, with ASAP start and a strong emphasis on a high-quality portfolio of compelling decks.

Qualifikationen

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narrative presentations, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, visuals, and storytelling align with client goals and brand voice.
• Iterate on decks based on feedback and performance metrics to maximize impact.

We're looking for group CDs with 6+ years presenting creative work at top agencies or in-house studios to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narrative presentations, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.

Compensation: $80/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
