Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced client services director with 5+ years at advertising, media, or communications agencies to help train our latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will lead the creation and refinement of AI-generated materials for client pitches, campaign recommendations, results readouts, and annual planning decks across core workflows.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services at a recognized agency
• Track record of leading client presentations and winning pitches
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

We're looking for client services directors with 5+ years at advertising, media, or communications agencies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client pitch decks, campaign recommendation presentations, results readouts, annual planning decks, new business RFP responses, and creative presentation support.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
