Job summary

Ethos is looking for experienced environmental consultants to help train a leading AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across environmental impact assessments, species surveys, and regulatory submissions.

About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced environmental consultants who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We’re looking for environmental consultants with 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: environmental impact assessment reports, species habitat and biodiversity survey summaries, water and soil quality monitoring data sheets, regulatory permit and compliance submissions, field study methodology and sampling protocols, and conservation and remediation project proposals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in a consulting, government, or academic setting

• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
