• ≥5 years of work experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industry companies.
• Expertise or strong interest in procurement topics (transformation, category-driven value creation, innovation).
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication skills.
• MBA is a plus; strong educational background.

In this OPS-focused role, you help clients achieve performance gains through procurement and operational transformations. You’ll work within BCG’s Operations Practice to shape sourcing strategies, drive category-led value, and introduce procurement innovations at scale. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and client leaders to translate complex issues into actionable solutions. The role offers broad exposure to top-tier clients and opportunities to grow your consulting and leadership skills in a global firm.
