Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analytics professional in Barcelona to own experiments end-to-end and translate findings into actionable insights. You will design tests, measure outcomes, and socialize results across teams, including cross-channel initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years using data to drive business impact, with cross-functional partnership.
• Strong SQL, including complex queries on large datasets.
• Statistical grounding with Python or R; hypothesis testing and regression.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end A/B testing.
• Curiosity about measurement problems and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Clear communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own experiments end-to-end from scoping to socializing results.
• Advance measurement framework with incrementality, holdouts, attribution.
• Scale testing cadence and design across marketing functions.
• Write SQL against large event-based datasets.
