Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Madrid is seeking a Production Manager (M/F/NB) on a fixed-term contract. You will coordinate events, manage client relations, and ensure operational and technical readiness across venues.

Based in Madrid with regular travel to Madrid and Barcelona, you will collaborate with Westfield Rise Spain teams, sales units, and external agencies to deliver high-profile experiences while complying with safety and ERP standards.

Formación

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school or university equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in event production.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ERP security rules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with clients and internal teams, supporting proposals with operational and technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations to ensure facility safety.
• Transmit technical and logistical documents to clients.
• Coordinate operations and contribute to service improvements.
