MediaMarktSaturn Technology seeks a Product Owner to take responsibility for webshop campaigns and UX across MediaMarkt and Saturn online shops. You will shape an ambitious roadmap with a user-centered, test-driven approach and guide a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact features.

The role emphasizes collaboration with over 20 product teams, stakeholder alignment, and a focus on customer value while working in a hybrid setup in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Business informatics, Business administration, Informatics (or similar) or comparable qualification.
• Several years in an agile organization as product owner or similar role.
• Experience with SCRUM/Kanban; familiar with JIRA/Confluence.
• Impact-oriented with a Get things done mentality.
• Team player and user-centered mindset.
• Iterative work approach; AB-Testing is a plus.

Your Tasks

We are looking for a product owner enthusiastic about taking over responsibility for one of our webshop products:

• In your role you will be responsible for campaign pages and teasers (technical and UX responsibility) of all MediaMarkt and Saturn online shops
• Your product contributes to the success of marketing campaigns reaching millions of users
• Together with your cross-functional team, you set up an ambitious roadmap while having user and stakeholder needs in mind
• You guide your team to successfully reach those targets
• You work in a pragmatic, testdriven way and working in a user centered design approach, taking always qualitative data and quantitative data into account.
• You drill down complex requirements into shippable deliverables and prioritize the backlog accordingly
• You collaborate closely with all product teams (>20) and business stakeholders to align requirements and manage dependencies

Your Profile

• Graduation in Business informatics, Business administration, Informatics (or similar) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Impact-oriented and a “Get things done” mentality
• Your are a teamplayer, setting the team into focus
• Your work philosophy is heavily driven by setting the users into the center and creating customer value and solutions always as soon as possible.
• Your are used to working in an iterative mindset.
• Experience in AB-Testing is a plus
• Experience working in a scaled product organization preferably in multichannel e-commerce is a plus
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
