Bending Spoons is seeking a driven, collaborative individual to help run company events, coordinate travel, and support recruiting while strengthening our culture. You will engage with Spooners across offices and play a pivotal role in daily operations and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Run company events: Organize company-wide events and team-building activities, from brainstorming to logistics and on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel: Manage travel across the company ensuring efficient planning and smooth execution.
• Support recruiting initiatives: Partner with Talent to host events and create a great experience for external participants.
• Strengthen company culture: Propose and drive initiatives that foster connection and culture through events for Spooners and families.
• Leverage AI to improve operations: Use AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace operations.
• Support day-to-day operations: Be the on-site and remote Spooner reference for requests and onboarding new hires.
