UON's business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON's Malaga facility, based on

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Office Manager/EA/Administration roles.
• Experience supporting a CEO or Senior Leadership Team is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations of Head Office and coordinate office priorities.
• Coordinate executive diaries, travel, meetings and events.
• Be a trusted support to the Senior Leadership Team and a key contact across the business.
• Oversee reception, office administration and continuous improvement of office processes.
• Support internal communications and office-related initiatives.
