Destinus is seeking a Data Reporting & AI Specialist to translate complex operational data into clear, executive-ready narratives. You will own the production of reviews, develop leadership-ready presentations, and collaborate with plant managers across five European sites to ensure timely, accurate updates.

You’ll leverage Power BI, AI tools, and strong storytelling to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-makers.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Portfolio of work required.
• Experience in operational/manufacturing environments; aerospace/regulated industries a plus.
• Exceptional presentation and visual communication skills; ability to make data clear and executive-ready.
• Strong data literacy; interpret dashboards, KPIs, and metrics into narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end production of recurring operational reviews with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop strategic presentations for leadership meetings and board updates.
• Translate data from Power BI and other sources into visual narratives highlighting trends and risks.
• Collaborate with plant managers and programme leads across multiple sites to validate updates.
• Establish communication standards, templates, and visual guidelines for outputs.
• Identify insights, flag deviations, and frame information to drive decisions.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline PowerPoint creation and related processes.
