AstraZeneca is seeking a Business Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to Enterprise AI leaders, coordinating complex calendars, travel, and communications while driving AI-enabled productivity across tools like Copilot and Power Automate.

The role anchors Barcelona-site logistics for AI showcases and events, partnering with facilities and local teams to ensure smooth operations and productive collaboration across time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years of administrative or executive support at VP level or above in a global organisation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a track record of accelerating executive productivity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or equivalent AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, summarisation, and workflow support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; able to credibly represent senior executives.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive assignments with autonomy, judgment, and a bias for action.
• Effectiveness in a global, matrixed organisation across time zones, functions, and cultures.
• Intellectual curiosity about AI and its business applications; enthusiasm for learning and adopting new tools.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity with sensitive/strategic information.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-impact executive support to senior Enterprise AI leaders, combining calendar intelligence, stakeholder management and operational discipline.
• Act as an early adopter and champion of AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint) and automate repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate site logistics in Barcelona, AI showcases, internal hackathons, leadership off-sites and meetings with external partners.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between Enterprise AI leaders and internal/external stakeholders, enabling frictionless scheduling and information flow.
• Drive onboarding, transitions and offboarding for Enterprise AI leadership teams and contribute to global PA/AC community.
