EY GDS Spain in Malaga is seeking an Executive Assistant to support daily internal and client tasks, optimise portfolio administration, and organise workshops. You will work in an international environment, liaising with teams across borders with a focus on confidentiality and efficiency.

The role requires vocational administrative training and fluent English, with experience in international settings considered a plus. This is a full-time position in our Malaga office.

Executive Assistant

The opportunity

Our administrative team helps in agenda coordination, event management, data requirements and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the IT/financial markets within challenging projects.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge and experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.

• Support to optimise the administration of the portfolio management
• Organization of workshops
