Grupo Crit is seeking an Execution Project Manager to lead the implementation of industrial water treatment projects in Spain. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met while coordinating customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will oversee design handover, commissioning, and start-up, monitor costs and milestones, review process systems for proper integration, and collaborate with engineering disciplines to resolve issues on dynamic industrial sites.

• Supervise erection, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the Design Team during proposals and tenders when execution input is needed.

Are you passionate about managing industrial projects and coordinating complex installations? We are looking for an Execution Project Manager to lead the implementation of industrial water treatment projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal project teams.


• Lead the execution phase of industrial projects from design handover through commissioning and start-up.


• Monitor project costs, planning, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.


• Review and validate process systems, including mechanical, piping, and electrical installations, ensuring proper integration and plant performance.


• Manage technical interfaces with customers and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.


• Coordinate and leverage support from subject matter experts across different engineering disciplines when required.


• Supervise erection, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities through regular site visits.


• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.


• Collaborate with the Design Team during the proposal and tender stages when execution expertise is required.
