Job summary

Ambit Iberia seeks an Excel Business Intelligence Analyst Support for the Marketing and Sales department of a multinational pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.

You will collaborate with Business Insights Managers, translate complex data into actionable insights, and work across a hybrid schedule with some office and remote days.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of professional experience.
Experience in healthcare or international environments is a plus.
Strong Excel skills and data visualization ability.
Ability to translate complex information into business insights.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Support to Business Insights Managers.
Maintain and repair ongoing reporting of business operations.
Report business results accurately and on time.
Design and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards for decision making.
Identify customer needs to support business plans with insights.
Analyze sales performance and forecasts and suggest improvements.
Evaluate new secondary data sources.
