The Exams Officer and Academic Data Manager is responsible for the full administration and coordination of all external and internal examinations across the school, alongside academic data management and reporting in support of senior leadership and Heads of Department. The role requires meticulous organisation, strong data literacy, and the ability to manage multiple examination boards, assessment platforms, and reporting systems accurately and to strict deadlines.
Recognised teaching qualification with QTS, habilitación docente, or equivalent Spanish/international credential.
Titulación docente reconocida con QTS, habilitación docente o credencial española/internacional equivalente.
Degree-level qualification in an appropriate subject area.
Titulación universitaria (Grado o Licenciatura) en un área de conocimiento apropiada.
Formal training or demonstrable experience in the secretarial functions required under Spanish educational legislation.

Demonstrable experience managing official records, regulatory documentation, and administrative processes in relation to exams
Proven experience in examinations administration within a school or educational setting, ideally across multiple examination boards.
Strong working knowledge of JCQ regulations and awarding body processes.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to a professional standard.

Consistently reliable, punctual, and able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
