International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an Exams Officer and Academic Data Manager to oversee the full administration of examinations and data reporting across all school phases. You will manage multiple boards and platforms, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for senior leaders and departments.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong data literacy, and meticulous organisation.

Formación

  • Recognised teaching qualification with QTS or equivalent.
  • Degree-level qualification in an appropriate subject area.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate end-to-end examinations administration, candidate entries, appeals, and results processing.
  • Act as main point of contact for exam queries from staff, students, and awarding bodies.
  • Ensure JCQ and awarding body compliance throughout the exam cycle.
  • Manage five examination boards and stay updated on their requirements.
  • Schedule and deliver four official exam sessions per year.
  • Administer GL Assessments and provide data reporting to senior leaders.
  • Produce certificates and academic documentation as required.
  • Oversee iSAMS modules: Report Printing, Reports Manager, Gradebook.

Job Description

The Exams Officer and Academic Data Manager is responsible for the full administration and coordination of all external and internal examinations across the school, alongside academic data management and reporting in support of senior leadership and Heads of Department. The role requires meticulous organisation, strong data literacy, and the ability to manage multiple examination boards, assessment platforms, and reporting systems accurately and to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales
  • Examinations Administration
  • Manage the end-to-end administration and coordination of all examinations, including candidate entries, appeals/re-marks, access arrangements and inspections, and results processing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all examination-related queries from staff, students, and awarding bodies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and awarding body regulations at all stages of the examination cycle.
  • Examination Board Management
  • Hold full responsibility for the management of five examination boards: Pearson, CIE (Cambridge International), OxfordAQA, BTEC, and EXAMIA.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each board's requirements, deadlines, and administrative systems.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of four official examination sessions per year: October, November, January, and June.
  • Assessment and Academic Data
  • Administer GL Assessments, ensuring accurate scheduling, delivery, and reporting of results.
  • Provide academic data support to Heads of Department across Primary, Secondary, and ESO/BACH phases, including assessment data analysis and reporting to inform teaching and learning decisions.
  • Produce school certificates and other academic documentation as required.
  • iSAMS Systems Management
  • Hold full management responsibility for three iSAMS modules: Report Printing, Reports Manager, and Gradebook.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system configuration across these modules to support accurate and timely academic reporting school-wide to to the regional team.
  • General Responsibilities
  • Contribute positively to the administration departmental team, modelling professional standards and supporting a culture of trust, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
