A global leader in logistics is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Team member to manage the resolution process for EV charging infrastructure issues in Barcelona. The role requires monitoring charging station performance, processing trouble tickets, and collaborating with various teams. Successful candidates will have advanced English skills and fluency in French and German. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainability initiatives and operate in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Fluent in French.
• Fluent in German.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the performance of EV charging stations globally.
• Process incoming alarms and trouble tickets.
• Serve as a contact for customers in the field.
• Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training materials and resources.
• Recommend process improvements.
