Alcon is seeking a Europe Director, Sales & Marketing - Valeda to shape and drive the European commercial strategy. You will lead a 15+ person team across Valeda Sales, Clinic Activation, Inside Sales and Hunter roles to accelerate adoption and utilization of Valeda devices.

You will partner with IMG Marketing and Market Access to execute country plans, manage budgets, forecast performance and build strong relationships with clinics, key accounts and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in medical devices or related field.
• Fluency in English and at least two other European languages.
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic and financial discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead European Valeda commercial organization with clear priorities, targets and execution standards.
• Define and execute the European sales and marketing strategy for Valeda across markets.
• Partner with IMG Marketing to translate regional strategy into country plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Market Access to support access pathways and funding opportunities.
• Engage country leaders and key customers to accelerate growth and optimize resources.
• Represent Valeda at major European congresses and customer engagements.
