Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a reliable Test Driver to support data collection missions across Europe. You will drive project vehicles along predefined routes and operate technical equipment, with the option to work as Driver or Co-Driver in a two-person team.

This role involves frequent travel across multiple European countries, long-distance missions, day and night shifts, and strict adherence to safety and data privacy procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence.
• Strong and safe driving skills.
• Comfortable driving long distances across Europe.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including day and night.
• Comfortable with technical equipment and procedures.
• English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a two-person vehicle team.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles on road data collection missions across Europe.
• Work as Driver or Co-Driver depending on mission.
• Follow predefined routes, schedules and mission instructions.
• Operate project equipment per training and procedures.
• Complete vehicle check-in/out procedures.
• Conduct basic vehicle and equipment checks before/after missions.
• Adhere to safety and data privacy guidelines.
• Report issues to project team promptly.
• Assist handovers between shifts and teams.
• Participate in long-distance and multi-country assignments.
• Maintain responsibility for vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate progress and issues to the team.
